CONSTRUCTION PHASE INSPECTIONS
Inspections for new home construction can be custom tailored to
fit the needs of the homebuyer. We offer a pre-insulation
inspection and a final (all utilities turned on)
inspection for new construction. These inspections
may be purchased separately or in combination. Please

203K RENOVATION CONSULTING
We are certified,
approved, HUD/FHA/CONV 203k Consultants.
The cost of these services may be included and
rolled into your total loan amount. Our
203k consulting services include:

INITIAL
REVIEW - FEASIBILITY STUDY / HOME INSPECTION
The initial revue
includes a site visit and Feasibility Study /
Inspection Report (required by HUD) to insure
compliance with the 203k program and reviews 35
areas of concern. |

WORK
WRITE UP - COST ESTIMATE / BID PACKAGE
The Consultant will
prepare project specifications including
architectural exhibits, scope of work and cost
estimates. All HUD required forms, exhibits
and plans will be prepared and submitted. |

DRAW
INSPECTIONS - UP TO FIVE DRAWS
The consultant will
inspect for proper permits issued and the progress
of the work. Contractors are paid from
escrow based upon actual work completed. |
