Question: What is included in the inspection?
Answer: A thorough Inspection covers everything from TOP (roof) 2 BOTTOM (the foundation). Systems outside of the scope of a standard inspection can be added for additional fees.

Question: What is a re-inspection?
Answer: Usually, a client will request a re-inspection for an item or items that were previously identified by the Inspector as "in need of repair" after a
professional contractor has made the appropriate repair or repairs.
Question: How much time will the Inspection take?
Answer: Inspections normally take between two to four hours. Times can vary depending on the size, age, condition and add on system inspections of the home.
Question: Who should be present during the Inspection?
Answer: If possible, we recommend that you and/or your spouse be present during the time of the inspection although it is not necessary or required. The Inspector will provide you with a verbal summary of their findings and answer any questions that you may have.
Question: Can I do my own inspections?
Answer: Professional home inspectors possess skills unique to their profession. Inspectors are trained on all of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems for a structure. Professional Inspectors are not emotionally attached to the transaction or the property. They are concerned with the safety of their clients, accurately reporting the condition of the property to their clients and with being an advocate/knowledge base for the client.
Question: Does a home inspection warranty or guarantee that nothing is wrong ?
Answer: No. An inspection is a report of the current condition of the property on the day it was inspected. Inspectors do not open up walls, dig up or expose utilities, or otherwise engage in destructive testing. Inspectors report on systems that can be reasonable viewed and accessed in accordance with the rules set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission
Standards of Practice (SOP).
