Mr. Onofrey is a Texas state licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector TREC # 6546.  Nationally certified by HUD/FHA as a Renovation Consultant # D0808 and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors as a Certified Home Inspector # 03071601.  Certified Septic Inspector by the National Association of Wastewater Transporters NAWT.  Certified Residential Energy Inspector by CMC Energy.  Along with his experience, Mr. Onofrey has completed extensive college education and study in the area of building inspection technology including coursework at Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Extension Service and Houston Community College. *Further Mr. Onofrey has held the designation of Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) awarded by Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) .

Mr. Onofrey served in the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps medal for Heroism, the Marine Corps Expeditionary medal, Good Conduct medal and Sea Service deployment ribbon. Professional memberships include, Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Houston Association of Realtors, Building Industry Consulting Service International, Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Houston and the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Onofrey Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors Fort Bend Chapter www.fortbendtarei.com and served on the original Steering Committee for the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors as a member at large.

Mr. Lawrence is a Texas Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector TREC #6667 and holds an MBA from Webster College and a BA from the University of Maryland.  Along with his coursework and education, Mr. Lawrence has impressive hands on experience in the area of project management and building inspection technology.  Mr. Lawrence is in his fifth year in the inspection industry.  Because of his integrity as a Licensed Professional Inspector and the clarity and utility of his reports he has built a loyal client base on repeat business and referrals . He specializes in providing first time buyers of both personal residences and investment properties with the information to allow them to make informed, intelligent decisions - without surprises.  Mr. Lawrence served in the United States Air Force where he commanded the Civil Engineering Squadron at Warren AFB in Cheyenne WY and later served at the National Security Agency as an Intelligence briefing Officer for Presidents, Senators, Secretaries of Defense and Generals.  Always ready with an informed presentation, Mr. Lawrence’s repeat clients are a testament to the high value they place on his observation and reporting skills.  Professional memberships include, Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the Foundation Performance Association of Houston.
